欧盟《化学品注册、评估、授权和限制法规》（简称REACH法规）的颁布实施对我国的化工品及锂电池、可降解材料等产品在欧洲市场的贸易有巨大的影响。

根据REACH法规规定，企业须为在欧盟境内年产量或进口量超过1吨的化学物质向ECHA提交注册，否则该企业将不得在欧盟范围内继续制造、进口或销售该物质。

继欧盟REACH后，韩国也正式实施了韩国化学品注册与评估法案（简称K-REACH法规），K-REACH法规很大程度上依赖于欧盟REACH法规文本，保留了相同的过程和方法。如果企业出口到韩国的化学品超过1吨/年同样也需要做K-REACH注册，否则对韩贸易将会被中断，直到完成注册。
