During the "14th Five-Year Plan" period, at least one round of mandatory cleaner production audits will be conducted with a focus on the new pollutants involved.

Strengthen the connection between the governance of new pollutants and environmental management systems such as emission permits, and promote the construction of pilot projects for the governance of new pollutants.

◆ Consolidate the foundation of new pollutant wise governance

The Program calls for exploring the construction of digital applications for the governance of new pollutants, through the whole process of generation, waste and emission of new pollutants, and gradually realizing the whole closed loop of supervision, early warning and decision-making.
